Cleveland at Chicago

Chicago managed to get an 8-3 win over the Guardians on Tuesday, but the White Sox still are 15-28 and in fourth place in the AL Central, including 8-12 at home and the White Sox have lost six of their past 10. Chicago has the second-worst bullpen in the majors with a 5.89 ERA and 1.61 WHIP and only seven saves this season. The White Sox have lost five of Mike Clevinger's past six starts, including 4-3 against Kansas City on Thursday when he allowed three runs in six innings and the bullpen has cost him a couple of victories. Cleveland will go with Peyton Battenfield, who has thrown a couple of good games, but comes off a 5-0 loss to Detroit. However, the Guardians' bullpen leads the majors with 17 saves with a 1.21 WHIP.
