Cincinnati at St. Louis

Zero runs for the Cards? Come on! They lost 0-1 last night to the Reds - a team that has given up nearly six runs per game this season. Not gonna happen again. Even after last night's loss, St. Louis is 13-4 here at home against Cincinnati over the past three seasnos. And, we cashed in big time on them last year after games in which they put forth a very weak offensive effort. They are 22-3 now over the past two seasons following a game in which they scored 1 run or less. Also, how long can Cincy keep up this kind of offense? It doesn't last forever. And with that defense, they are going to run into some trouble. Road underdogs atthat have scored >5.3 runs/game on the season, after allowing 4 runs or less 4 straight games are just 9-39 (19%) since 1997. Cards in the bounce-back.
