Roy Halladay certainly brings a big price as the oddsmakers know he will attract money. Looks a bit over-zealous here against competent Reds team. For all the pitching the Phillies have, their lineup has been reduced to sub-par with age and, believe it or not, only the lowly Padres and A's attacks have scored 3 runs or less more than the Phillies at 29. The Phillies have done so just one less, at 28! I see the Reds in this one to win it late, in a tight low scoring game, as Hallady in his last 16 starts vs. a winning team has led the Phil's to an 11-4-1 mark UNDER the total. The Phil's are over the total just twice in their last 14 at home vs. a winning team. Cincinnati and UNDER here.
