The Phillies’ pitching is well documented with a rotation of aces top to bottom. It will keep them in virtually every game they play. As the offense begins to decline, the Philly UNDERs are always worth a look. Cole Hamels may not get the notice of a Lee, Halladay, or Oswalt, but with a 2.92 ERA he is right with them in quality. Hamels has quietly taken his turn in the rotation, and in his last 41 starts the Phillies are 29-10-2 to the UNDER. Arroyo has kept down offenses down. In his last 17 starts vs. teams scoring 2 runs or less in their previouos game, just four have made it over the total. Hamels has also produced a 6-1 mark to the UNDER facing the Reds in his last seven. I’m on the UNDER for the money in this one.
