There isn't anything pretty about what Houston has done over the last two seasons. They lost 106 games last year and may tip that number this season, but each game is its own entity and today they have some plus historical situations that show them to have value here. The Reds come marching into September with the lead in the NL Central, but that lead was not built on the right arm of Mike Leake. Leake has a losing record on the season for a team that is 28 games over .500, and has indeed been the weak link in their rotation. The Reds are just 4-9 in his last 13 road starts vs. a team with a losing record. Line value goes to the home team here, play on Houston.
