The Cincinnati Reds have really been brutal on the road in interleague play, so posted here as the slight favorite is a bit puzzling. That becomes evident by their 15-31 mark in their last 46 interleague road games, pushing the pendulum of value over to the Tribe. Cleveland has one of the worst road records in baseball dating back to last year, but certainly can compete and win at home. Bronson Arroyo is carrying close to a 5 ERA into this one, and now has to face an extra bat in the AL park, which won't help. I'll go with the Indians on the runline.
