Cincinnati at Chicago

It has been one step forward, one step back for the Cincinnati Reds this season. They have hovered around the .500 mark all season, and last night took a step back to .500. The Cubs have not won anything in a long time, and for the most part have not been competitive. That appears to be changing for the Cubs, at least when they take the field at Wrigley, where they have become a .500 team on the strength of a 10-5 run here over their last 15. Chicago turns to Edwin Jackson who has just five wins on the season, but two of them have come against Cincinnati where he owns a 4-1 career mark and 3.45 ERA against them. Matt Latos has been strong for the Reds, but not on the road where they are 1-4 in his last five starts. Go with the Cubbies today.
