The Cubs have gone an eternity without a Championship, and in recent years have had problems just being competitive. They have become a lot more competitive recently, and over their last nine games posted as an underdog they are 5-4. The Reds have been on top of things at home where they are 22-11, but the road has been a different story where they are just one game over .500. Matt Garza gives the Cubs a quality starter that is just starting to get his arm strength back to where it should be, and I expect him to improve on a 4.03 ERA going forward.
