Cincinnati won its fourth game out of the last six Wednesday, 8-2 over the Cubs. Joey Votto homered twice for the second day in a row, making it five straight games that Votto has gone yard. Chicago is awash in trade rumors while languishing in fourth place in the NL Central. The Cubs have lost four of Alec Mills' past five starts, including 7-3 against Arizona on Saturday. Mills has faced the Reds twice this season and allowed five runs on five hits in 6 2/3 innings. Luis Castillo has put together five good outings in a row allowing only six earned runs in 31 2/3 innings, including a 5-3 victory over St. Louis on Saturday when he gave up a run on five hits in seven innings. Cincinnati has won six of the past seven meetings and 19 of its past 27 versus NL Central teams. Play the Reds.
