Cincinnati at Chicago

The Cincinnati Reds are a contender, but they are going to have to do a better job on the road to remain one. The Reds have been great at home where they are 37-21 on the season, 16 games over .500, but the road has been telling where they stand at 29-31, a pair of games under the .500 mark. The Cubs have their best chance for a win at home behind Jeff Samardzija, who is only 6-11 on the season, but has pitched much better than that overall. The Reds offense is in a tailspin as they have scored just six runs on 13 hits over their last 13 games, and Samardzija is more than capable of keeping them in check.
