Cincinnati at Baltimore

Cincinnati's faint playoffs hopes were damaged once again in a lackluster 6-0 loss at the hands of the Baltimore Orioles. Maybe now the pressure is off this team while Baltimore has all but put the lynch pin on the AL East title. They have a favorable pitching matchup with Leake squaring off against Tillman as they have nearly identical ERAs on the season. Leake, however, has the hot hand right now as he has not allowed a run in 13.2 innings. Baltimore is 24 games over .500, but have not benefitted at all behind Tillman at home where they have a losing record on the season. The Reds have bounced back of late after a dismal offensive performance, having now gone 4-1 in their last five after posting 2 runs or fewer in their previous game. Cincinnati has also been good in game three of a series, usually the finale, at 5-2 in their last seven. Back the Reds.
