A trade to the National League has not helped Trevor Bauer's season as Cincinnati has lost six of his eight starts, and he had an 8.40 ERA in August before allowing six runs in 11 1/3 innings in September. Bauer is 2-6 with a 6.41 ERA and .270 opponent batting average since the All-Star break. The Reds have lost seven of their last 10 road games and come off a 1-0 loss on Saturday when they managed only three hits against three Arizona pitchers. Cincy is 29-45 on the road and has collapsed in recent weeks after a short time when it was looking at a possible playoff run. The Diamondbacks are 9-2 following a win, and they have won Zac Gallen's last four home starts. He has pitched better than his 3-5 record as he owns a 2.66 ERA while opposing hitters are batting just .210 against him. The Reds are 5-11 their last 16 road games against right-handed starters.
