Chicago at Texas

Texas still has won seven of its last 10 games after Friday's 4-3 loss to the White Sox, who send Derek Holland to the mound tonight.  Holland was lit up in a 14-6 loss to Kansas City on Sunday when he was torched for seven runs on seven hits in two innings.  Holland is 6-12 with a 5.68 ERA on the season and opponents are batting .285 against him. Chicago has lost 14 of Holland's last 17 starts, including his last five road starts.  Also, the White Sox have lost six road games in a row against left-handed starters.  Meanwhile, Texas has won four of five after a loss and four of their last five home contests overall.  Martin Perez made some adjustments to his mechanics and has won his last two outings while allowing only three runs in 14 innings and issuing just one walk. The White Sox are 21-42 on the road and Texas is 34-28 at home.  Play the Rangers.
