A.J. Burnett has soiled his reputation as a good pitcher, but at 3-0 and a new pitching coach things have taken a solid turn for the better to start 2011. Many believed the White Sox would be the team to beat in the AL Central and may still be, but right now their offense is struggling badly. Chicago has not crossed home plate in 20 straight innings, and their 1-10 slide points directly at the offense. The 11 game slide shows three shutouts, and six games scoring 2 or less, and 10 of the 11 scoring 4 or less. They have now played six of their last eight to the UNDER as a dog. Burnett has fared well against losing teams, resulting in a 12-2-2 UNDER mark in his last 16 starts at home vs. a team with a losing record. This one comes in UNDER the total.
