The Angels’ body of work suggests this is a fair line. But they are coming to life offensively, and even prior to that they are still a winning cub at home for the season, so take them here at a bargain. Albert Pujols has gotten to .212 after hitting below the Mendoza line all season, and can carry a team. Jerome Williams has been brilliant at home with a 2.01 ERA, and is going to be tough on the Sox here. Gavin Floyd is not the same pitcher on the road as a dog where the Pale Hose are 10-21 in his last 33 in this role. Williams’ home trend goes beyond this season, as the Angels are now a perfect 6-0 in his last six starts here. Play on the Angels.
