The Kansas City Royals have sure been a perplexing team this season. They have alternated playing like champions, and playing like a cellar dweller all season. Right now that cellar dweller mentality has struck the team once again, a characteristic often seen with a developing young team. The Royals have dropped three straight including a lemon last night vs. this Chicago team 9-1. The Royals reached the coveted .500 mark, but have since fallen victim to the loss column in each of their last three. The weakness for this team has been facing a southpaw where they are an ugly 2-10 in their last 12. The White Sox have performed well in the role of a dog by taking five of their last seven, and are catching the Royals at the right time. Play on Chicago.
