Chicago at Detroit

Chicago managed a win against the Tigers on Tuesday after losing the previous five meetings, but the White Sox still have lost six of their last eight games overall and are 21-38 on the road while Detroit is 32-29 at home. The White Sox are just 11-24 after a win and they have lost 63 of their last 91 road games against right-handed starters. Jordan Zimmermann actually is pitching better than he has in two years as he comes off two quality starts, including a 5-3 win over Minnesota on Friday when he gave up two runs on eight hits in 6 1/3 innings. Zimmermann is 3-1 with a 3.10 ERA at home.  Carlos Rodon faced the Tigers once last year and gave up five runs on seven hits in five innings and this will be his first appearance against them in 2018. Detroit has won five of its last seven home games. Take the Tigers.
