The Chicago White Sox had an elongated stretch where they were 39-14 which has defined their season, but it also makes them appear like a better team than they really are. Outside of that really long stretch of playing well the White Sox have been not ordinary, but much less than ordinary. They are 33-46 outside of the long streak, so they have played poorly a lot more than they have played well. The Tribe has played it's best baseball of the season down the stretch and that includes beating the runline at home. Cleveland owns a 21-14 mark in their last 35 home games if facing a +1.5 runline. The White Sox are having trouble stringing together wins at 2-8 following a win. The Tribe bounces back after losing the first two games of a series at 5-1 in their last six. I'll back Cleveland on the runline here.
