Jake Peavy was supposed to be a huge addition for the White Sox, but injuries have changed his career and he has yet to show signs of bouncing back and enters this one with a 5.74 ERA on the season. He has already taken the hill twice for the White Sox against the Indians, and the outcome landed in favor of the Tribe on both occasions. Peavy has made nine starts for Chicago this season, and only two of those resulted in wins by 2 runs or more. In his four starts on the road, none have resulted in a win by 2 runs or more, clearly putting the value here on the side of Cleveland on the runline.
