The Boston Red Sox won the series opener here last night 5-1, and look towards Jon Lester to make it two straight over the Pale Hose. Lester has delivered for the Red Sox as he is 82-40 for his career. Lester has been especially tough vs. teams off a poor offensive showing as he has led the BoSox to a 23-7 mark when facing a team that scored 2 runs or less in their last game. Phil Humber threw a no-hitter early in the season, and looked like he might be putting things together, but the wheels have fallen off. His nine starts since the perfecto has seen his ERA swell to 7.47. That has left the White Sox at 2-9 in his last 11 starts vs. a team with a winning record, as he continues to get hit hard.
