The Washington Nationals have surely turned the corner, and this team has been potent at home where they are a .600 team. The same can't be said for the Cubs, whose road woes are well documented by their 15-25 mark on the season. Desperate for pitching, they will go with Ramon Ortiz, who will be making his first big league start since May of last year. Ortiz is not the answer as he has not had a year since 2004 where his ERA was below 5.25. The Nats have been huge at home where they are 13-3 in their last 16, and the Cubs stand at 22-52 in their last 74 vs. a pitcher with a WHIP of less than 1.15. Washington gets the money.
