St. Louis at home is always a strong proposition but with the loss of D. Lee for the Cubs, it's even strong here. Pujols is again cracking the ball like no other - he has 11 home runs and 24 RBIs already. With him behind the plate and Sidney Ponson on the mound, and the Cubs lacking Lee, the Cards should roll here. Ponson has had his ups and downs in the young season but he's better than his counterpar Glendon Rusch. Rusch is just 1-2 with a 6.60 ERA thus far. The Cards are scoring 6.1 per game at home while holding opponents to 3.6. They'll be too much for a Lee-less Cubs team this afternoon.
