Jameson Taillon made a courageous comeback after undergoing surgery due to cancer and held the Rockies scoreless on five hits in five innings in a 7-2 win for Pittsburgh on Monday. The right-hander is 3-1 with a 2.90 ERA, and in one previous appearance against the Cubs this year, Taillon gave up a run on seven hits in seven innings. John Lackey has lost his last four decisions, including 6-1 at the Mets on Monday when he was touched for four runs on six hits in five innings. Lackey has a 5.40 ERA on the road, and in two starts last year at PNC Park he allowed six runs on 12 hits in 11 innings. Chicago now is 13-19 on the road after Saturday's loss, and the World Series champs have lost seven of their last 10 overall while Pittsburgh has won five of seven.  The Pirates have won 15 of Taillon's last 22 starts dating to last season.
