The Philadelphia Phillies have a talented and deep rotation, but their hitting has been markedly inconsistent. They will go with Cliff Lee who has not been the pitcher he was at one time, or in the postseason. When Lee has started a regular season game, his team is 12-14 covering his last 26 starts - nearly a complete season's worth of starts. That is not very impressive considering he has made all those starts with a playoffs-caliber team.
