The Athletics and Cubs both have losing records in the early going. Justin Steele gets the ball for the Cubs tonight. He is 1-0 on the season, and allowed three runs in five innings of work his first time out. Luis Severino had a great opener for the A's. He went six innings and gave up three hits and no runs. Severino has quietly pitched very well. Going back to last season he has allowed four or more runs in just one of his last nine starts. Steele owns a 1.04 ERA in his last two starts vs. the Athletics, and Severino has an 0.64 ERA v. the Cubs in his last two starts against them. I like the UNDER in this one.
