Chicago at Detroit

What should be a classic pitchers duel, gives an edge to the +1.5 runline here on the Cubs. Carlos Zambrano has given up just a tick above 1.5 runs a game over his last three starts, so it would stand to reason the Cubs have a good chance to at least be very close here. Zambrano, unlike most good pitchers, does not tail off pitching on the road, in fact he has thrived on it. The Cubs would be 10-1 in his last 11 road starts getting 1.5 runs. Edwin Jackson has had a great year, but there is something about this Tiger team you can't trust.  One is their 0-5 mark at home in their last five vs teams with a losing road record and, second, their lethargic play after an off day where they are just 1-7. I like this one to be tight to the finish, and will go with the Cubs on the runline here.
