Chicago at Cincinnati

The Cubs have struggled to get on track this season, but have won five of the six meetings with the Reds, including a sweep of a three-game series in May while scoring 25 runs. Mike Montgomery gave up three runs in the first inning his last start against the Marlins, but then pitched well the rest of the way for a total of six innings. This will be Montgomery's fourth start and he has an overall ERA of 2.50.  The Cubs are 38-13 the last 51 meetings with Cincinnati, which comes off an 11-3 loss to Milwaukee on Thursday. The Reds are 3-11 after a loss and they are 4-15 their last 19 games overall. The last time Scott Feldman faced the Cubs, he was pounded to the tune of seven runs (five earned) in just 2 2/3 innings.
