James Shields is surprisingly still in the Major League even though he has struggled for a couple seasons now and his current ERA is 5.79. The White Sox have lost his last three starts and he has allowed 16 runs on 23 hits his last 15 innings. His July ERA is 9.60 and his batting average against him is .343. Jake Arrieta comes off two quality starts although the bullpen blew his last outing in a loss to St. Louis. The White Sox have lost eight of their last 10 interleague games and the Cubs have won seven road games in a row. The Cubs have won 51 of Arrieta's last 76 starts, including five of his last six interleague starts. The White Sox have also lost five straight home contests. Take the Cubs.
