Boston at Toronto

Boston looks to salvage the final game of this three-game series and the Red Sox still have a better record (40-31) on the road than at home. Toronto had lost seven in a row before beating the Red Sox twice and the Blue Jays still have scored only 27 runs their last nine games even including Wednesday's 8-0 win. Boston is 20-8 the last 28 meetings at Toronto and 80-39 its last 119 road games against right-handed starters. Jhoulys Chacin will start for the Red Sox and he has pitched well since coming over from the National League although he's only expected to pitch a few innings after being off a few weeks between teams. Clay Buchholz will face his former team and he owns a 1-4 record and 5.31 ERA in eight starts this year. Buchholz gave up four runs on seven hits in six innings in a 5-0 loss at Tampa Bay on Friday.
