Boston has hit the skids again losing five straight while scoring only eight runs in that span and getting swept by Miami. Now they have to face Toronto and Jose Berrios, who is 8-3 with a 3.60 ERA and the Blue Jays have won eight of his past ten starts, including 7-3 over Oakland on Saturday when he allowed only two earned runs on six hits in six innings. Berrios is 4-1 with a 2.48 ERA at home and Toronto's bullpen is tied for forth in the majors with 27 saves and the Blue Jays have won six of their past eight games following Thursday's 2-1 victory over San Francisco featuring Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s two-run homer in the sixth. Toronto is in revenge mode after being swept in a four-game series by the Red Sox in early May and the Blue Jays are 55-21 their past 76 home games against teams with losing records and Boston has lost six of seven meetings at Toronto.
