Toronto had its three-game winning streak snapped by the Red Sox on Monday before last night's game was rained out and the Blue Jays send Robbie Ray to the mound tonight. The left-hander is 8-4 with a 2.93 ERA and Toronto has won four of his last five starts, including 10-2 over the Rangers on Friday when he allowed no runs on four hits in 6 2/3 innings. Ray has been spectacular in July, giving up just two runs on 10 hits with 25 strikeouts in 20 2/3 innings. He has faced Boston once this season and allowed three runs on four hits in six innings. Garrett Richards has struggled lately since the league has cracked down on foreign substances. Richards has allowed 21 runs (18 earned) his last 21 1/3 innings.
