Boston at Toronto

The Boston Red Sox have turned things around since last season, but haven't played exceptionally well of late at 6-5 over their last 11, and 2-3 over their last five. It has also been a challenging two years for Jon Lester who once again sees his ERA over 4 for the season, and is 6-6 on the road where his ERA is 4.60. Esmil Rogers will get the start as Josh Johnson nurses an injured forearm. Rogers has had a challenging season, but navigated this Red Sox lineup in an earlier start, shutting them out over six innings. Boston is just 2-7 in Lester's last nine road starts, including just 1-4 as a road chalk. This is a good spot for the home dog, so make the play on Toronto in this one.
