I'm not sure when, or if ever both the Yankees and Red Sox opened the season each at 0-3. Toronto is fortunate to come in at 2-1, and they played a pair of long extra-inning games, so the team should be a bit weary here, and the bullpen has already been extended to an amazing 18 innings of work in the first three games. Toronto slugger Jose Bautista has not found the Red Sox pitching very appealing as he is 11-64 lifetime vs. the BoSox staff. Felix Dubront was impressive this spring and owns a 1-0 lifetime ERA vs. Toronto in five relief stints with an ERA of 3.38. Henderson Alvarez has a lot of potential, but at 22-years-old and pitching for the first time this season he could get a bit jittery, and the Red Sox have a lineup to take advantage. Play on Boston.
