Boston at Tampa Bay

After going with a pair of aces the first two games, Boston trots out hittable Rick Porcello. Batters hit .286 off him last season and he wasn't much sharper in exhibition play this spring, with a 4.50 ERA in four starts while allowing opponents to bat .308. The Red Sox offense is loaded with talent, led by Xander Bogaerts (5-for-8, four doubles, three runs scored over the first two games). Tampa Bay lost a pair of starters this offseason, so they are rebuilding the rotation. 28-year old Andrew Kittredge starts here, called up to the majors for the first time last July. In seven years in the minors he started just 11 games. In a battle of bullpens and marginal starters, look for an offensive show indoors. Play the OVER.
