Boston managed only five hits in losing 3-0 to the Athletics, who snapped an eight-game losing streak, but look for Oakland to start another streak as it is up against Brayan Bello, who has allowed a total of only 21 earned runs in May, June and July. The Red Sox have won five of his past six starts, including 8-3 against the Cubs on Friday when he gave up three runs on eight hits in six innings. Oakland batters will be seeing Bello for the first time. The Athletics will start Ken Waldichuk, who is 2-6 with a 6.66 ERA and 1.84 WHIP and he'll likely pitch three or four innings before the bullpen takes over.
