Boston at Houston

Houston won the first two games of the series by identical, 4-3, scores, and the Astros won Saturday's game in walk-off fashion as Carlos Correa drove in the winning run with his third hit of the game to counter a two-run rally by the Red Sox in the top of the ninth. The Astros are 36-15 their last 51 home games and 24-9 their last 33 games versus left-handed starters. Houston has won four of the last five meetings and today has Justin Verlander on the mound. He has been pitching as well as ever with an 8-1 record and 2.24 ERA. Verlander has allowed only two earned runs and four hits his last three starts, covering 22 innings, and he has a 1.55 ERA at home this season. Eduardo Rodriguez got knocked around for six runs in five innings at Toronto his last time out, and he has a 5.43 ERA for the season. Take the Astros.
