Boston at Cleveland

The Red Sox had it going and had won 11 straight before their loss in Cleveland last night. Often times we see teams that are on a winning streak bring a high intensity to each game to keep it going, but after a loss they tend to have a bit of a letdown the following game. Jon lester has yet to find the touch he had last season and will enter this one with nearly a five ERA in his four starts on the season. Fausto Carmona for the Tribe spent most of last season struggling through injuries and is hoping to regain the form that saw him win 19 games in '07. The Indians have been perfect on the season vs lefthand pitching and really piling up the runs as they are averaging 7.3 runs a game against them. I like this one to be a game that could go either way and will back the Tribe on the runline here.
