The Washington Nationals will have their "beltway" series begin tonight with the Orioles. Rich Hill, who has pitched well for the O's, gets the ball, but he has not established himself against the Nats where he owns a 5.25 ERA. While both of these teams have allowed over six runs a game, Baltimore, and their shaky bullpen, has allowed a major-league leading 7.3 per game on the road and it has led to a dismal 5-14 record, and in the process they have been outscored by almost three runs per game. The Orioles have not been able to cash in against teams with a .400 winning percentage or less and have been awful in interleague play as a dog at just 27-55. Meanwhile, the Nats have been cashing in winning eight of their last 10 as an interleague favorite of -150 or less. I'll go with Washington here.
