Baltimore at Washington

Baltimore won the first game in this series for a reason. They have offense right now (5.7 runs per game over their last seven) and Washington does not (3.0 runs per game over same span). Washington is favored here because of the pitching mathcup which on the surfacee looks to heavily favor the Nationals. Rodrigo Lopez has really struggled in May. But, look who he's had to face! Detroit once and Boston twice. Washington isn't nearly as scary as those two clubs. Baltimore beats the bad teams. Over the past two seasons, they are 30-13 vs. teams that get outscored by opponents by 0.5+ runs per game. The Nats are just 3-11 at home this season including 1-10 vs. right handed pitchers.
