Carlos Villenueva is a converted reliever for the Jays and he looked good at the onset, but the innings may be taking their toll as the Jays have now dropped his last four starts. Bradley Bergeson may be heading in the other direction after posting a win in his last start for the first time in a long while. The Jays’ inconsistencies on the mound have led to a 1-7 mark in their last eight when facing an opponent that scored 2 or fewer in their last game.
