The Rays have silenced the Orioles' bats in the first three games of this series. But, I don't think Tampa Bay will record the sweep. The Orioles are averaging 4.8 runs per game vs. right-handed starters like Chris Archer this season. Meanwhile, Tampa Bay averages just 4.2 runs per game overall. Wei-Yin Chen goes for the O's, and he is 22-11 since last season when facing a winning team, and 17-10 when he's been an underdog. Over that same span, Baltimore is 95-82 as an underdog, including 79-65 as a dog of +100 to +150, so this is a sweet spot for them. This season they are 11-6 as a road dog of +120 to +150. Play on Baltimore.
