Baltimore at Tampa Bay

Both the Tampa Bay Rays and the Baltimore Orioles will be sitting out the postseason. The Rays have not hit well enough to support their strong pitching, and the Orioles just don't have a rotation deep enough to find their way to the win column with any sort of consistency. Erasmo Ramirez seems to be the next in line to emerge as a top-of-the rotation starter for the Rays. He owns a 10-5 record on the season, seems to be getting better with each start, and carried a no-hitter into the eighth inning his last time out vs. the hard-hitting Yankees. The Orioles are just 5-12 in their last 17 on the road, and have struggled behind Chen on turf where they are just 3-7 in his last 10 starts. The Rays are 44-19 in their last 63 vs. a team that has a road winning percentage under .400. Go with Tampa Bay in this one.
