Baltimore at Tampa Bay

It is kind of sad to see the Baltimore Orioles, once a top contending franchise, fall so hard and fast. The Orioles are 234-408 since the start of the 2017 season. That is the worst record over the period for any major league team. This year has been another disaster as the Orioles are 31-63. The Rays have learned to be competitive without the high payroll resources of most contending teams. Perhaps what stands out the most here is the Orioles have gotten little done in Tampa where they own a 6-25 record in their last 31 played here and have not even been competitive as they have been out-scored by 2.52 runs per game. I like Tampa Bay in this one.
