Baltimore at Tampa Bay

Baltimore is on another losing streak, and this time it's at 11 games and counting as the Orioles just got swept at Boston while scoring a total of only five runs. Tampa Bay is on a rare two-game losing streak, but the Rays still have won six of their past nine games and have the best record in the American League. The Rays are 35-22 at home, and Baltimore is 21-41 on the road. Matt Harvey is 6-11 with a 6.10 ERA and had a few good outings in July, but the Orioles have lost his last two starts, including 5-2 against Detroit on Wednesday when Harvey allowed three runs on eight hits in five innings.
