He will have to do better than that here vs. a Tampa Bay team that is pitching better than anyone right now. The Rays’ staff has recorded four shutouts over their last 13 games, and overall has allowed a stingy 23 runs or less than 2 per contest. The Orioles’ road woes show them at 71-147 in their last 218 on the road vs. a winning team. On the other hand, the Rays are now 99-46 at home as a favorite of -151 to -200.
