Baltimore at Tampa Bay

Jeff Niemann really struggled down the stretch for the Rays as they won just five of his last 13 starts. They were also just 4-10 in the last 14 to a would-be -1.5 runline with Niemann on the hill. Brian Matusz offers hope for a sub-par rotation for the Birds as he came up late and went on to deliver a win in four of his last five starts, including a win at Tampa. The four wins were all posted with the O's listed as a dog. The Rays have really struggled finishing off a series and have now gone 16-35 in game three over their last 51. The Birds have been competitive here and have a favorable pitching matchup in this one, so I'll back them on the runline.
