Baltimore at San Francisco

Baltimore is on the outside looking in as the wildcard picture in the AL has become quite competitive. They will head to the mound with Chris Tillman who has a much better record than the numbers he has posted this season. Tillman was once again the beneficiary of a lot of runs in his last outing where he allowed 6 runs in 5.1 innings, but still came away with the win. Sooner or later those numbers catch up with you. Vogelsong has missed most of the season, and is looking good off four rehab starts where he pitched to a 1.72 ERA. Baltimore enters this game just 7-16 in their last 23 vs. an interleague right hander. The Giants are standing tall in interleague home games where they are 26-9 in their last 35.
