Philadelphia has the right pitcher on the mound to bounce back from Monday's 3-2 loss as the Phillies have won seven of Taijuan Walker's past eight starts and he is 5-1 with a 2.76 ERA and a .178 opponent batting average at home this year. Baltimore hitters are a combined 9-for-41 with one homer against Walker, who did give up four runs in a 4-0 loss to Milwaukee on Thursday, but it was the first time since June 1 that the Phillies lost a game he started. Kyle Gibson has a 4.76 ERA and 1.36 WHIP and he had a 6.84 ERA in June and currently 5.18 in July. Walker is 4-1 in his career against the Orioles with a 2.45 ERA and 1.09 WHIP and Philadelphia's bullpen has 28 saves, which is tied for #11 in the majors. Take the Phillies.
