Baltimore at New York

Baltimore beat the Astros with a walk-off two-run homer by Rio Ruiz with two outs in one of the biggest upsets in recent years as Houston was a -500 favorite in the game. Now the Orioles get a chance to do it again in the first game of a day-night doubleheader against the Yankees and James Paxton, who has a 5.54 ERA since the All-Star break. Paxton has given up seven runs (six earned) on 17 hits in 17 2/3 innings versus the Orioles this season. New York comes off a 1-0 win at Toronto after losing the previous two, but the Yanks have lost five of Paxton's last seven starts.  Surprisingly, Gabriel Ynoa has a .188 opponent batting average against Yankees hitters who have faced him.
