Baltimore at Los Angeles

The Baltimore orioles are 33-69 on the season, and this is on the heels of losing 115 games last year. The franchise is at rock bottom so the only thing to do is take a look at some young promising players and see what they can do at the big-league level. One pitcher seemingly taking advantage is Asher Wojciechowski. Wojciechowski shutout the high-powered Boston Red Sox in his last outing, working 7.1 innings while allowing one hit and striking out 10. He certainly presents their best option right now. The Angels were to start Canning tonight but he was needed for two innings in a 16-inning game last night, throwing 42 pitches. The Angels needed nine pitchers and will try to piece together a game with tired arms. Play on Baltimore.
